Rules of play:
We are open between
-
Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat: 9:30 am and 5:30 pm (2-hour play sessions ending on the half-hour),

Tues: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm (Half day only, 2-hour play sessions)

10:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sundays (2-hour play sessions)

sessions can be booked online.
Play sessions will last for 2 hours, with options available for online booking, as well as walk-ins, up to the maximum number of adults per session.
In order for us all to have fun, we have to have a few rules as well 😊

At least 1 child is required with every booking. An adult may bring more than one child with them, but they cannot attend without a child.

Book online with a £3 booking deposit, the remainder of the entrance fee to be paid on arrival.

Prices are for the full play session or part thereof regardless if you arrive late for the session.

You are responsible for the children you bring with you throughout the play session. As a soft play centre, the owners and staff are not responsible for watching or minding the children, we provide the facility only.

No admittance within half an hour of the end of a play session.

Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed at Amaze Playz. (Exception allowed for allergy-specific foods or baby milk/formula)

No shoes, food, drinks, or toys are allowed in the soft play area. (Toys are only allowed in the role-play area)

Care of Toys - Please ensure that your child plays with the toys in a respectful manner and does not damage the toys. Please return the toys to their correct areas to allow other children to play with them as well - no toys, equipment, costumes, or furnishings may be removed from the premises.

Soft Play
Our brand-new softplay was specially designed and installed for our venue, to give your little ones hours of fun and play!
Role Play
We've designed a customised village market place, doctors office, fire station, and construction site... come play!
Cafe & Snacks
No external food or drink is allowed on site, but we offer a range of drinks, snacks, sweets, and sandwiches to fill the tummy.

(Play sessions are 2 hours each, starting hourly from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm - the last play session of the day will run from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm)

Walk-ins are available if there is space available in that play session.
Booking in advance is preferable to avoid disappointment. Bookings are only taken via online booking form (£3 booking deposit, remainder paid at the door).
Our play session capacity is a maximum of 40 Adults and 40 children (0 - 7 years),
Online bookings will only be held for 15 minutes from the start of the play session. Children 8 years of age and older can be admitted.

High Street venue, so no on-site parking available. There is street parking on both sides of Cowbridge Road East (we do not control this parking, please note parking time restrictions) and various private parking lots along the road.
